so probably you come to the point where you have watch/read enough Japanese anime/manga just to ask Mr. Google this question, do you really know what loli is?

•  Loli is a term to describe an extremely cute and young girl whom looks like her age would be around 9-14 years old, this mostly as a refer to the famous novel "Lolita" where the protagonist become sexually obsessed with the little girl he is teaching.

Yes! in it simplest mean lolis are the targets of pedophiles, or this what it originally intended to be, yet these days the term just says:: "if she is cute, looks little and enfant enough, then loli she is!", not to mix it with the context of the term Moe witch mean literally "Cute and Adorable".

In short words :: every loli is essentially a moe but it is't necessarily for moe to be a loli.....ex: you could meet a lady in her 20s who looks like 10s, now that is Moe, in the other hand some petite girls around 14 years old might have rich  ASSESTS making her older and more mature (but nope!! she still loli)
